Children

For the safety of our staff, other patients, and your children, you cannot bring your children to your appointments. CHILDREN will not be allowed in treatment rooms while you are getting your treatments. Please do not bring them to your appointment. If you cannot find child care – there is a DROP IN CHILDCARE in our plaza. KIDS SPACE 210-545-7722 ($8.25-$11 an hour). If you bring them, we will have to reschedule and there will be a $25 fee assessed per appointment missed.

General Policies

Magnolia Medical & Aesthetics is a medical practice, therefore anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian with them at their initial appointment for consent purposes.

If you are pregnant, or believe you may be, please inform us when you’re scheduling your appointment as well as at check-in.

Magnolia Medical & Aesthetics accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All prices, policies, and services are subject to change.

In order to provide a relaxing experience for you and others, we ask that you turn off all pagers and cell phones upon arrival at our office.

Terms of Use

By using our website or scheduling any appointment with us, you accept our Cancellation, Refund, and Privacy policies and agree to abide by them.

Appointment Deposit & Reservation

A $45.00 refundable deposit is required in order to reserve an appointment time upon scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward any treatments on the day of your appointment. If no treatment is done at the appointment a full refund will be given. For non-emergencies, contact our office via email at info@magnoliamedskin.com.

If the deposit is not received upon scheduling or within 24 hours of booking, it will be removed with notice.

Follow Up Appointments

Any client that doesn’t show for a scheduled follow-up appointment or does not cancel within 24 hours will be charged $25.00.

Cancellations

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. An additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation.

Late Policy

To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it may be necessary to reschedule. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your provider but other clients as well.

No Show Policy

Any client that doesn’t show for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full, prior to their scheduled appointment.

Prescription Refills

Please call our office at (210) 600-3335 during regular office hours for refills:

Regular Office Hours:
Wednesday & Thursday: 10:00am – 8:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm

Please leave a message for the medical assistant including your name, date of birth, requested medication, and pharmacy number. Calls will be returned within 24 hours. Please allow 48 hours for prescription refills.

Financial Policy

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express credit cards. A $25 fee will be charged for each returned check. This fee must be received within 5 days of notification of the returned check. Past due fees will be submitted to the Bexar County District Attorney’s Check Restitution Program for collection and legal action.

You will be responsible for your co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible at the time of services. Any questions regarding insurance should be directed to our insurance coordinator. We are currently in network with most major insurance companies. Please call our office at (210) 600-3335 to confirm that we participate with your plan.

The handbook that was provided by your insurance company will include detailed information about what is covered (or not covered) by your policy. Our staff will assist you in determining if your services will be covered by your insurance. Most policies require patients to pay a portion of their health care costs as an “out-of-pocket” expense.

We are obligated, by contract, to collect co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles. In most cases, we will request that you pay your out-of-pocket expenses on the day that services are provided.

Financial Policy for Cosmetic Services

Please be aware that cosmetic services are not considered “medically necessary” and will not be filed with your insurance company. Insurances will not pay for cosmetic procedures. Payment for services is required at the time of your visit.
